Commissions

Consider following my commission sheet below. It has the breakdown of my simple commission types by sections.

I will NOT do the following: Feral NSFW or Zoophilia, Baby Fur/Diaper Play, Scatting, Mecha, Inflation, Vore, Necrophillia, Extreme Fetishes, Any sort of hateful content, such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, and characters with Nazi/Soviet/etc. imagery and absolutely NO characters intended to be or appearing underage in any sexual or suggestive context.
[If you are caught trying to commission NSFW art and it includes characters under the age of 18, you will be placed on my BLACKLIST.]Anything not listed is okay but will need to be screened. If you are denied a commission due to the content you are asking me to draw, I will reject your commission. I will ask you to choose something else or refuse to commission you entirely. [As an artist, I have the right to accept or deny ANY commission.]If your commission includes overly complex characters you may be asked to pay an additional fee based on complexity adding to the total completion time and price.Please refer to my Commission ToS below:

By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.⭑ Payment is expected WITHIN 48 hours.
⭑ KOFI Commissions only at this time. [You will need to fill out a Commission sheet on my Kofi page to order a commission.]
⭑ If you are ordering OFF Kofi: A deposit MUST be made before the commission is first started. The deposit will consist of HALF of the total commission price. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. [Example: $40 commission, $20 deposit.] You will receive a sketch of the art that you are to approve before I move forward with the commission.
⭑ Commissioner can re-upload the image with credits given to myself in the form of a link to my ToyHou.se (or other socials.)
⭑ Artwork cannot be used commercially, or claimed as your own.
⭑ If you are requesting a refund for any reason: You forfeit your right to use ANY of my work on any website, application, etc.
⭑ BY ORDERING ANY NSFW/18+ ART YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU ARE 18 OR OLDER. [Your age might need verification. Please be ready to submit proof of age.]
⭑ Disclaimer:
⭑ My designs are not allowed to be used for AI "art" generating purposes, as the original artist and designer, I do not consent for my art to be used for AI learning.
⭑ None of my designs are allowed to be used as NFTs or participate in the NFT market.

Adoptables

below are my adoptable TOS. Read thoroughly, if you have any questions please contact me.

While I appreciate you looking and considering purchasing, please make sure you read all my rules/TOS below before claiming any of my adoptables. Rules and TOS apply to all characters & designs created by me.Do NOT steal, edit, trace, re-upload, claim or copy my art and/or designs.⭑ Claiming Adopts and Payment:
- All adoptables have a set USD price which will only be paid via PAYPAL invoice. [If this is not possible due to X reason, give me a heads up before hand so we can work something out.]
- Please do not offer art trades or a lower price on my listings unless it has been stated otherwise.
- Payment is expected within 48 hours of claiming an adoptable.
- All adoptables are on a first come, first serve basis.
- Please do not sent payment unless I have confirmed that the adoptable does not have any other claims across other platforms. [Someone could have claimed this adoptable before you, so please keep that in mind!]
- I DO NOT accept claims or payments from minors. No exceptions.
- At this time, there is NO bidding allowed on my designs/adoptables. Prices have been set.⭑ Adopt Transfers:
- Once complete payment has been received by me, I have up to 48 hours to transfer the character over. At this time, the preferred method for transfer is via Toyhouse. [If this is not possible, send me a message so we are able to figure out an alternative method of transfer.]
- You will receive a non-watermarked image of the character/design as well as your user added to the description(s). [Note: If I do not have a file that is not watermarked, I will add additional art of your new adoptable to make up for the mistake.]
- Please be patient when within the 48 hour window, as I am a human and am probably busy. If you have not heard from me after 48 hours please reach out!⭑ Information about my designs/adoptables:
- All designs and/or adoptables are for NON-COMMERCIAL use only.
- I will make [1] change to your adoptable after purchase.
- Feel free to make small changes to the design/adoptable. [I.E.: piercings, tears [in ears], scars, etc.]
- Big changes like alterations to the design/adoptable are NOT allowed. [I.E.: change in species, stripes instead of spots, different colors, etc.]
- If you trade the design/adopt, you must provide the original design to the new owner and clearly state the redesign was NOT done by me.
- If you are posting this design/adopt for the first time, you MUST provide credit. After your first upload, you do not need to continue to give me credit on every post moving forward.
- Please do NOT claim the design/adoptable as your own.⭑ Trading or rehoming:
- Re-selling, trading or re-adopting a purchased design/adoptable IS allowed, but you CAN NOT sell it for more than what you paid for. [Unless the design/adoptable is accompanied by extra art equivalent to the price you purchased the artwork for.]
- Re-selling designs purchased from me directly for profit is strictly NOT allowed.
- If you are rehoming your design/ adoptable, make sure new owners are aware of the rules regarding the design and credits are carried over. [Toy.house should do this for you. If this is on another site that is not TH, you will need to inform the next design/adoptable owner.]DISCLAIMER:

If you are placed on my blacklist you are forever unable to commission me and/or buy my adopts.

Do not try to contact me to be removed from this blacklist. You have been added for a reason and will be blocked.
